A knowledge article in DynamicDocs functions similarly to a FAQ section on a website. It provides users with detailed information and answers to common questions, helping them to find solutions independently.
Adding Articles: Navigate to the Knowledge Base section in your dashboard. Click "Add" and input your content, ensuring it's well-categorized and easy to understand.
Removing Articles: To remove outdated articles, select the article from the list and clickthe "Delete" button.
